Atilla Kocsis,
President
Atilla graduated
from Clark University in 1991 with a B.A. in economics and concentrations
in computer science and business management. He completed Army ROTC
training in 1992. After his training he moved to Washington, D.C.
to work for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in the International Division.
Atilla served as International Affairs Assistant for three years
before leaving to start Digital Phenom.
As the sole
investor, Atilla worked tirelessly to build the company with an
emphasis on building lasting relationships with his clients. He
continued to learn more about his clients' needs and created new
products and services to help them. Sales increased an average of
120% each year for six years in a row. During those years, Atilla
accumulated a large body of knowledge on all things Internet. He
continues to grow and refine his expertise so that he can find solutions

Anthony Carlos,
Vice President
Anthony started
working with computers back in 1983, when his parents bought him an
Apple IIe. He spent way too much time in front of that fascinating
machine in the darkened, windowless basement of his home. Convinced
that he could shed his pocket protector, he initially sought an alternate
career path and earned a B.A. in Chemistry from Cornell University
in 1993.
After graduation
he gathered experience working as a software trainer, Web master,
and database consultant. In 2000, Anthony came to Digital Phenom
where he is now Chief Technology Officer. He is most proud of the
fact that his office is not in the basement, he has a window, and
that his pocket protector is nowhere to be found.
Anthony and his wife are expecting in September.

, Web Master
Having been raised in the U.S. and Ukraine and having traveled abroad extensively, Maxim is a firm believer in the necessity of communication. This, coupled with a strong passion for technology, guided him to start his own company as a college freshman. Initially being motivated by business and profit, he soon realized the importance of technology in running a business and developing a product.
Over the next two years Maxim learned everything from the day-to-day logistics of company operations to the nuance and presentation of selling a product and service to clients. He sold the company for a profit and chose instead to concentrate on his academics at The George Washington University.
Maxim is always looking for ways to leverage the emergence of technology to optimize business, and ultimately society, through innovation and usability. Maxim will be helping clients with their web development, email, advertising campaigns and any other technology related problems that arise. He will also be helping clients update their site’s look and feel and usability.
