Co-elaborate is a versatile suite of collaboration tools that enables individuals to work together on documents, hold virtual meetings, conduct electronic discussions as well as manage a variety of user-types and privileges. Here is a list of the tools currently in use in Co-elaborate v2.0.

The Co-elaborate User Management is the umbrella under which the suite of products functions. The system provides an organization with total control over user access rights and privileges. Each User has a unique profile which they can easily access and modify.

The system has extensive rights and privledges that allow users to access certain areas and content, utilize different tools. This management capabilites can be extended to any application, to date we have extended it to all of the products listed below.

The Co-elaborate registration system is an easy to use event sign-up system because it integrates user information right into the form in many cases eliminating the need for the user to enter large amounts of data. Data from a completed form can be exported to any number of systems, applications, or other databases.

The registration system was largely migrated from Co-elaborate v1.0. This is our most frequently used tool and we expect to record over $4.5 million in transactions in 2002, with over 6,000 individual transactions. To date we have experienced 0.00% loss of transactions on our clients behalf.

The Co-elaborate Discussion board is a electronic meeting place for individuals who would like to ask questions and receive answers via the web and their email box. The system allows users to create new lines of questions (called threads) and allows a user to quickly find topics they are interested in as well as new messages that were posted since their last visit.

HTML tags and links can be used to enhance messages. A user can opt to receive an email message if anyone posts an answer to his/her question, thus eliminating the need to constantly return to the site when no new posts have been left.

The Co-elaborate Calendar is similar to the networked Microsoft Outlook calendar. Users have their own personal calendar and they can view other peoples calendars, request meetings and upon approval by the other individual, the meeting appears on both parties calendar.

In the Assocation setting the various calendar views are useful in differentiating between events for different groups and divisions.

The Co-elaborate library is a storage area for any sort of electronic files that you need to share with others. The system also monitors documents so that only one party can check out a document at once, and then upload with their changes and check it back in.

The Co-elaborate Whiteboard is a useful tool for presentations, courses, seminars or any other conference type event. The system allows users with just a browser to edit and modify images, and advance slides.

The Co-elaborate Mailing List Manager allows clients to manage a number of different mailing lists. Each member can subscribe and unscribe themselves to any of them.

The system allows you to sent text, html, or text and html newsletters. Capable of sending out over 4000 emails an hour, the system can handle most mailing lists.

The Photo Album System or PAS was designed to enable users to have their own, personal, and private online album. The system allows the user to upload as much as 10 Gig of pictures of 100kb in size. That is about 100 pictures.

The system also lets your visitors make comments for others to see.

Digital Phenom's newest tool is the eStore. It behaves much like the store at Amazon. Click on an item to add it to your cart and when you are ready to check out click Proceed to Check out. The system can be integrated credit card payment systems.
